000 ABNT20 KNHC 132321 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Thu Jun 13 2024 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: Offshore of the Southeastern U.S. (AL90): An elongated area of low pressure offshore of the southeastern U.S. coast continues to produce some disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Despite strong upper-level winds, some gradual development is possible while the system moves northeastward offshore of the southeastern U.S. coast during the next day or so. By this weekend, the system is forecast to merge with a front over the western Atlantic. Regardless of development, heavy rainfall is forecast to continue across portions of the Florida peninsula through late this week.
