Operating voltage ranges down to 2.3 V, and devices are capable of operating in temperatures up to 105°C. SuperFlash® technology promotes performance and reliability while also minimizing power consumption to 15 mA (typ) in high-speed operating conditions for high-bandwidth, compact designs.
