Although Michael Symon's B Spot burgers have been on a low-key growth trajectory, the next opening will be pretty splashy - part of an Urban Outfitters mega-store near the Austin, Texas campus of University of Texas. The chain of clothiers popular with young shoppers reportedly acquired several adjacent retail spaces in the city's Guadalupe Street, with plans for a major retail destination that will include two restaurants and a bar.
