BIO and executives from 38 renewable chemical companies wrote to Representatives Bill Pascrell (D-NJ), Steve Stockman (R-TX), Allyson Schwartz (D-PA), Linda Sanchez (D-CA), and Richard Neal (D-MA) to thank them for sponsoring H.R. 3084, Qualifying Renewable Chemical Production Tax Credit Act of 2013. This piece of legislation provides renewable chemical producers access to production tax credits currently available to other energy producers.
