(Telecompaper) BlackBerry has agreed to acquire Israeli company WatchDox to boost its enterprise file-sync-and-share security. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed but Israeli business daily Globes said Blackberry is paying USD 100 million for the company, according to unnamed sources. WatchDox provides secure enterprise file-sync-and-share (EFSS) solutions that allow users to protect, share and work with their files on any device.
