In the next few months, the Canadian Pacific Railway yards-crossing study's project advisory committee will release a number of recommendations that could determine how Winnipeggers traverse the CPR yards in the decades to come. The group was formed after a 2014 engineering report recommended the Arlington Street Bridge be decommissioned as a vehicular bridge by 2020.
