Broadband Differential Input RF Amplifier simplifies designs.

2015-12-23 14:31:06| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Delivering 600–3,000 MHz bandwidth, F1423 simplifies RF DAC and integrated transceiver-based designs by integrating amplifier and balun in one 4 x 4 mm, 24-QFN package. Differential input aligns with standard differential Tx outputs of RF DACs and integrated transceivers. Along with 13 dB typ gain, 20 dB CMRR, and linearity of 42 dBm OIP3 @ 2,000 MHz, specifications include 50 Ω differential RF input and 50 Ω single-ended output with up to 22 dBm of output power at 1 dB compression.
