Unexpected demand for the Bin 707 Foodbar menu has forced the restaurant to change its hours of operation in order to make sure the food and the people who work at the popular Grand Junction restaurant stay fresh. In a scale-back that started Saturday, Bin 707 is no longer open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday, instead opening at 4 p.m. on those days.
