Business editors: 39 graduate from Iowa workforce initiative

Project IOWA, which stands for Iowa Opportunities for Workforce Advancement, said it has graduated 39 people from a 12- to 18-week training program intended to prepare them for careers in the advanced manufacturing and health care fields.
