Tina Townsend, a member of Witham's Chamber of Commerce, said a feasibility study will be held to decide if the chamber can implement free WiFi Business leaders in Witham are hoping to providing a free Wi-Fi network in the town's high street, cafes and shops in a bid to boost visitor numbers and trade. Witham's Chamber of Commerce will hold a feasibility study to see how much free Wi-Fi through the town centre, including Newland Street, would cost and if they can raise the funds.
