Business leaders out to nix all U.S. 31 traffic lights

"Not having 31 fixed all the way is a serious problem so that's our number one priority, number one," said John Phair, President of the Holladay Properties and spokesman for the North Central Regional Logistics Council. The council is a 31 member body that met regularly over the past two years to come up with a series of recommendations how Indiana could encourage job growth in the warehousing, distribution and logistics industry.
