CHS Inc. Prices Preferred Stock Shares For Redemption of $200 Million of Patron Equity

St. Paul, MN- CHS Inc. Aug. 20 announced the pricing of 6,752,188 shares of its Class B, Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series 1 at $29.62 per share to be used to redeem about $200 million of qualified CHS equity to more than 7,600 eligible owners.
