Minnesota-based CHS Inc. is planning a grain shuttle loading facility and dry fertilizer hub plant in the southeastern North Dakota city of Gwinner. The farmer-owned cooperative hopes to open the 196-acre agricultural services campus next year, with the fertilizer plant opening in the spring and the grain facility in the fall.
