Inver Grove Heights, MN, Jan. 19, 2015 - CHS Inc. , an energy, grains and foods company and the nation's leading farmer-owned cooperative, and Hansen-Mueller Co. , a Midwest-based grain merchandising and commodity trading business, today announced they have signed a letter of intent for CHS to acquire the Hansen-Mueller assets located in Oberlin and Cedar Bluffs, Kan.
