CRTC should learn from Europe, where cheap wireless rates led to slow service, Telus says

Minister of Industry James Moore has said before he'd like to see a fourth wireless provider enter the market. - Canada should heed the lessons learned in Europe about adopting rules intended to keep wireless prices low, the former head of Austria's telecom regulator has told the CRTC.
