Canada regulator defers suspension of Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway

The Canada Transportation Agency has allowed the Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway (MMAR) to operate until 1 February 2014, following a major accident at Lac-Mégantic in Quebec in July.
