Casella Waste Systems, Inc. , a regional solid waste, recycling and resource management services company, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $60.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.75% senior subordinated notes due 2019 . The Notes are being offered as additional notes under the indenture, dated as of February 7, 2011, pursuant to which the Company previously issued $325.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.75% senior subordinated notes due 2019.
