Casella Waste Systems, Inc. , a regional solid waste, recycling and resource management services company, announced today the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of $60.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.75% senior subordinated notes due 2019 at an issue price of 99.25%, less the amount of interest that would have accrued from the settlement date to February 15, 2015. The Notes are being offered as additional notes under an indenture, dated as of February 7, 2011, pursuant to which the Company previously issued $325.0 million aggregate principal amount of 7.75% senior subordinated notes due 2019.
