Actor Zac Efron, whose elfin face has mugged in such seminal classics as High School Musical, 17 Again, and Hairspray, has gone and purchased himself a piece of L.A.'s architectural history, dropping $3.995M on a house designed in 1947 by Rodney Walker for the city's esteemed Case Study House program.
