CenturyLink wins DHS cybersecurity service contract

CenturyLink has won a task order from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Office of Cybersecurity and Communications to provide Intrusion Prevention Security Services, known as EINSTEIN 3 Accelerated protections, to U.S. federal civilian agencies. The service provider was issued the one-year task order under a four-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for EINSTEIN cybersecurity services that was previously awarded to CenturyLink in March 2013.
