Collaboration announced by Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) and PerkinElmer, Inc. intends to combine power of 2 leading chemistry solutions: SciFinder® and ChemBioDraw®. Functionality is being developed to enable ChemBioDraw user to directly initiate search in SciFinder, providing access to content available in CAS databases. Chris McCue of CAS said "CAS is pleased to collaborate with PerkinElmer to address the latest research challenges facing chemists, biologists and other scientists."
