Chevron cancels Arctic project, chills Northwest business prospects

Chevron is the latest oil company to cancel exploration in the Arctic, a setback for Washington companies that have been hoping to reap business from developing oil-related business there. Sliding oil prices are chilling oil drilling prospects in the Arctic, and that's throwing cold water on some Puget Sound maritime companies.
