China Auto Sales: Weakness In August

The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers released August wholesale data that painted a rather bleak picture of China's auto landscape. Overall, total sales fell 3% to 1.66m units, driven mostly by a 3.4% drop in passenger vehicle sales to 1.42m units.
