Clariant buys Chinese organic-pigment business

In a bid to expand its presence in China, Swiss chemicals maker Clariant AG has acquired the pigments business of Chinas Jiangsu Multicolor Fine Chemical Co. Ltd., and is building a new chemical plant in that country.
