Designed according to IEC 60320-1, style C18, SCHURTER DC12 Class II is suited for use in medical equipment according to IEC standard 60601-11. Unit provides double insulation between energized components and exposed parts as tested with 4,000 Vdc between energized conductor and neutral conductor relative to filter case. DC12 line switch is available in 1- or 2-pole variants and comes with EMC filter in medical and low leakage, M5, versions. Current ratings range from 1–10 A @ 250 Vac.
