Clean Harbors to carve out oil and gas field services business into separate entity

The provider of environmental, energy and industrial services said it will include its lodging drill camps business in the new entity, but retain most of the rest of that business. The assets that will be carved out generated about $250 million in revenue in the first nine months of 2014.
