Cleveland is one of 28 cities selected to participate in ConnectHome, a new public-private initiative aimed at expanding high-speed broadband to low-income households. Through the local program, ClevelandConnects, internet service providers, nonprofits, and private sector organizations are collaborating to offer low-cost broadband, technical training, digital skills programs, and devices for residents in assisted housing units.
