If you're sensitive to air pollution, you may want to stay indoors on Monday. The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, in association with the Maryland Department of the Environment, the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, and the District of Columbia's Department of the Environment, has issued a Code Orange Air Quality Alert for the region.
