Measuring 12.5 x 12.5 x 0.35 mm, Model V55 allows roasting gas to escape without allowing oxygen and external odors to enter bag or can, which could affect aroma of product inside. Valve also prevents bag from bloating, ensuring optimal shelf presentation. To complement external valve, CVA V55 valve applicator is capable of applying up to 150 valves/min. System uses sensors to detect that bag perforation is correct, amount of fluid in valve is accurate, and that valve is precisely placed.
