Colorado eco devo commission questions state's role in maintaining Frontier Airlines jobs
2014-12-12 16:23:32| Airlines - Topix.net
Frontier Airlines' recent actions are touching off a debate among Colorado economic-development leaders about what step - if any - is appropriate for the state to take to try to keep the Denver-headquartered airline from moving jobs out of state. Frontier CEO David Siegel sent a letter to employees on Nov. 17 warning them that the airline will cut jobs and routes at Denver International Airport in 2015 as it converts from a traditional business model to that of being an ultra-low-cost carrier.
