With E9NC-TA0 Communications Amplifier Unit, users can obtain measurement data at speeds of 1 ms by connecting to Sysmac NJ-series Machine Automation Controller via EtherCAT network protocol. Amplifier can transmit data directly to Microsoft SQL Server by using Sysmac NJ-series Database Connection CPU Unit to analyze inspection data collected at manufacturing site in real-time. To perform calculations such as max/min value, warp, and thickness, Function Blocks may be added to host controller.
