Addressing use of recycled materials in window main profile production, conEX 63 P conserves space by mounting conical extruder in piggyback configuration on twinEX 78-34P. These 2 counter-rotating, twin-screw extruders achieve combined output of ~500 kg/h, and frame design affords flexibility for die changes. Operating with AC motors, extruders have common control cabinet, can be operated via common control panel, and feature self-optimizing Intracool screw core tempering system.
