Built around Texas Instruments' Sitara AM3352/4 system-on-chip featuring advanced Cortex A8 ARM CPU coupled with PowerVR SGX GPU, Model CM-T335 includes up to 512 MB DDR3 and 1 GB onboard NAND storage. Standard interfaces include Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth, USB, CAN bus, serial ports, I/O lines, and ADC channels. Measuring 68 x 30 x 4 mm, module also includes parallel 24-bit display connection with resolution to 1,366 x 768 and support for PCAP touchscreen displays from 3–10.1 in.
