ConAgra Foods, Inc., Omaha, Neb., celebrated the grand opening of its Lamb Weston potato processing facility in Shangdu, Inner Mongolia, the company's first plant in China. ConAgra Foods acquired the facility in July when it purchased TaiMei Potato Industries Ltd .
