With 15-minute drying cycle, Model DTI-223 evaporates 1,121 lb of moisture every hour. System moves products through 3 temperature-controlled zones on polypropylene mesh belt. Each zone, programmable from 180–400°F, utilizes 1 full modulating natural gas burner, 2 circulation fans, and 1 exhaust fan. Providing useable dimensions of 3 ft 2 in. x 98 ft 4 in. x 6 in., oven is controlled by PLC and uses variable frequency drive to adjust speed of conveying system.
