Featuring overall dimensions of 14 ft 4 in. x 6 ft 6 in. x 30 ft 4 in. and operation from 200–662°F, Model DTI-390 incorporates conveyor belt that accommodates parts across its entire width, ensuring that each part receives equal amount of airflow. System includes curing chamber, cooling chamber, and 5 individual zones of control, each utilizing its own full modulating natural gas burner, circulation fan, and exhaust fan. At belt speed of 2 ipm, Model DTI-390 cures approximately 3,000 parts/hr.
