Targeting smart appliance and industrial markets, SAM C MCUs combine support for 5 V on Atmel | SMART ARM Cortex-M0+ based MCU with integrated peripheral touch controller (PTC). EMI and ESD protection are standard features along with integrated analog capability, smart peripherals, and Event System. Along with up to 32 KB SRAM and up to 256 KB embedded Flash, additional features include dual 12-bit ADCs, 16-bit Sigma Delta ADC, and dual CAN 2.0 with FD support.
