More than three months after Crumbs Bake Shop closed all of its locations and declared bankruptcy, the chain of bakeries known for its over-the-top cupcakes is re-opening some of its locations, and the Downtown Westfield shop is one of them, a representative of Crumbs confirmed Friday. The re-openings stem from a deal with Marcus Lemonis, host of CNBC's The Profit series and CEO of Camping World and Good Sam Enterprises.
