Encapsulated in 9.0 x 6.5 x 1.83 mm package, Model ISL8203M includes PWM controller, synchronous switching MOSFETs, inductors, and passive components. Step-down power module, supporting input voltage range of 2.85–6 V and adjustable output voltage of 0.8–5 V, enables designers to use one device to build single output 6 A or dual output 3 A power supply. Additional features include 1.5 ms internal digital soft-start and external synchronization up to 4 MHz.
