DST Systems sells subsidiary for $95M in cash

Kansas City-based DST Systems Inc. announced that it completed the sale of DST Global Solutions Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. for $95 million in cash. DST Global Solutions provides investment management software solutions such as HiPortfolio and Anova.
