This follows earlier reports that the German operator was taking to Dish Network on a sale of the fourth-largest mobile operator in the US. According to the latest report, DT may favour a Comcast deal, as Comcast is financially stronger and could acquire the full company without the need for a stock swap, something Dish has pushed for.
