DVB to demonstrate HEVC for UHD services at IBC

At this years IBC, DVBs main concentration will be to demonstrate how the coding efficiency of HEVC can be used to increase the capacity of the DVB-T2 terrestrial platform as well as for the new DVB-S2X satellite standard.
