Tired of Pernod Ricard ripping off its classic cocktail, the Dark 'n Stormy, Bermuda's premier spirits maker wants a federal court injunction. Gosling Brothers filed the federal complaint Tuesday against Pernod Ricard, the makers of Malibu Rum, for trademark infringement.
