Dataium, the largest aggregator of in-market automotive shopper behavior, released its monthly Automotive Shopper Intensity (ASI) report.
The ASI index, a leading predictive indicator of automotive retail sales, fell a quarter of a percentage point in February after months of national fiscal debates and economic uncertainty. Based on this, Dataium forecasts the US Retail SAAR in March to be 12.3 million retail units.
