In an increasingly challenging U.S. Dairy Industry, where raw milk cost is increasing, Dean Foods is relying on price increases to support its revenues. Furthermore, although DF is trying to moderate its decreasing volume trends through the continued extension of its white milk product line and through the expansion of its flavored milk brand 'TruMoo', I believe that due to the ongoing price increases, its volumes will remain soft.
