As part of the Administration’s commitment to developing America’s domestic energy resources safely and responsibly and exploring the potential of frontier areas such as the Arctic, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar recently announced the findings of a Departmental review of Shell’s 2012 Arctic operations, which will help guide the conduct and oversight of future Arctic exploration.
