This means that she must take care of the projects that are being run at the subsidiary as well of personnel that are handling them. Main Duties Management of DMR Business development in order to expand DMR activities Keep good relationship with ROSA Take care of the personnel that Works at DMR Monitor and control of the projects being run under DMR deliveries, milestones, invoicing, etc. Education Master degree in Aerospace EngineeringPhysicsMathematics Business administration Professional Experience Minimum 5 years experience in business administration smallmedium companies as Managing Director, Executive Chief, Deputy Managing Director, or similar Experience leading teams and project management Technical Requirements Knowledge on the current Romanian legislation in what respects to administrative, financial, employment aspects Romanian business knowhow Aerospace sector knowledge in Romania and Europe Advanced knowledge in Windows, MS Office and project management tools JIRA, Redmine, etc. Software development technologies Language Skills Romanian native English high spoken and written Spanish optional Personal Skills Leadership Initiative and enthusiasm Problem solving skills Communication skills Commitment Flexibility and capacity to adapt to changes Risk management risk taking capacity, risk assessment and mitigation
