Discount fliers raising baggage costs for holidays

During the holidays, planes are packed, flights are prone to weather delays, and the price of tickets to get to Grandmother's for turkey and all the trimmings is higher. Now, two airlines, Spirit and Frontier, are planning higher baggage fees for flights this holiday season, as well as at other peak travel times, such as spring break and summer vacation.
