Dominion To Increase Stake In $8 Billion Atlantic Coast Natgas Pipeline

If approved, the acquisition will bring Dominion's share in the Atlantic Coast natural gas pipeline to 53%, up from 48%. Duke Energy will own the remaining 47%.
