Drop in gas prices may help drive businesses to West Oahu, expert says

Cullen Oesterly, an associate in the Industrial Services group of CBRE Inc. Hawaii, told PBN that the drop in gas prices are pushing more and more businesses to Kapolei in West Oahu With gas prices in Hawaii at their lowest point in a half decade , more and more businesses in Honolulu are considering a relocation to Kapolei in West Oahu or in Waipio in Central Oahu, especially with industrial space in town extremely tough to find, according to an expert. "The recent drop of gas prices, although [it may be] temporary, may be the catalyst to help [business owners] make that decision to relocate," Cullen Oesterly, an associate in the Industrial Services group of CBRE Inc. Hawaii, told PBN.
